Jodie Marsh (born 23 December 1978 in Brentwood, Essex, UK) is best known for working as a glamour model and a 'Page 3 girl'. Early lifeMarsh's father ran a successful scaffolding business which allowed her to enjoy an affluent lifestyle. This led to her being featured on the reality TV show Essex Wives and consequently a modelling contract. Jodie had surgery on her nose at the age of 15. She was once turned down as a Page 3 girl and has the rejection letter framed. Current careerJodie is known to have her arguments with other models, most notably Jordan, Marsh has had a string of high-profile relationships widely reported in the British tabloid newspapers, including club boss Fran Cosgrave, male model Calum Best, Westlife singer Kian Egan and ex-Blazin' Squad singer and Celebrity Big Brother 2005 runner-up James McKenzie. Jodie has taken part in a variety of reality TV shows, including Trust Me I'm A Holiday Rep (with other celebs such as Syd Little), Channel 4's The Games and Sky One's Celebrity Penthouse. In January 2006, she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in the UK. She announced her crush on Samuel Preston, the lead singer of The Ordinary Boys. Jodie regularly updates her blog on her official website. She has written a book called Keeping It Real. She is a chain smoker.
